Session Seven - Dell Career ReStart: Explaining the "Direct Hire" Reentry Program Model

August 11, 3:00 - 4:00 PM Eastern

with Laura Smith, Senior Advisor for Diversity Talent Acquisition at Dell Technologies

In "direct hire" return to work programs, the reentry candidate is hired as a full time, benefited employee from the beginning. Mentors, professional development programming, internal community support and additional components are put in place to help support a smooth transition back into the workforce. Laura Smith, Senior Advisor for Diversity Talent Acquisition at Dell Technologies, will talk about the design and evolution of Dell's Career ReStart program and share details about her recent launch of the ReStart. ReConnect. ReImagine Virtual Engagement Series. This web series is designed to support and connect with the community of reentry talent on a variety of topics including features of Dell ReStarters, how to build your personal brand, and in-demand skills and roles across the organization.
